Welcome to the
Mental Gym
The Backstein Kollektiv invites to an intense workout in the Mental Gym. What does it mean to be healthy? Who decides this? How do we train our mental health? These questions shaped the process of creating this performance.
We collaborated with Marcel Appel, who supported us as a dramaturg and as a set designer. Léa Villeneuve joined as a performer and Manuel Oeschger created the light design.
